3.Registration and Account
    By registering on TA World, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
    Users must provide accurate information during registration. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your account.
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
4.Services Offered
    TA World offers Suppliers the ability to create their own B2B or B2C portals to manage bookings, rates, and marketing efforts.
    Suppliers can upload and manage hotel rates, assign special rates to sub-agents, create discount coupons, and perform targeted marketing.
    Sub-agents can book hotels through the portal, and both Suppliers and Sub-agents will receive confirmation and rating requests post-booking.
5. Payment Terms
    Users opting for Gold or Diamond Memberships, or Suppliers registering on the platform, are required to pay the applicable fees.
    All payments made on TA World, including membership fees and supplier registration fees, are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it cannot be reversed.
    All payments are subject to applicable taxes, including GST at 18%, which will be clearly mentioned in the invoices.
6.Content and Intellectual Property
    All content on TA World, including but not limited to text, images, and software, is the property of Let's Travel.
    Users may upload content to the platform. By doing so, you grant TA World a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content.
7. User Conduct
    Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to the website or its users. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, hacking, and spreading malware.
     Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using TA World.
8.Termination of Services
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
     Suppliers found to be in violation of our policies may have their accounts and services terminated without prior notice.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
    TA World is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be free of errors, interruptions, or security issues.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of TA World.
